Lawn Installation

Whether you need a whole new lawn installed or just need some help in a few problem areas, Turf Club will assess your property conditions and come up with the best options to meet your needs. Because no two properties hold the exact same environment for grass and plant growth, our technicians keep in mind sun exposure, water source, plant varieties, insects and/or animals that play a major factor in our environment. We will advise on what type of lawn installation or grass should be installed based on your individual needs.

New lawn installation techniques offered include:

  • Soil and seed installation: By installing a layer of nutrient rich topsoil to your property, we can control the environment and grow grass in optimal soil conditions. The proper PH balance and soil fertility plays a large factor in seed germination.
  • Power seeding or Slit Seeding: Power seeding or slit seeding can be done on new or existing lawns. This allows us to quickly apply grass seed to a large area.
  • Aeration and overseeding: Aeration involves perforating the soil with small holes to allow air, water and nutrients to penetrate the grass roots. This helps the roots grow deeply and produce a stronger, more vigorous lawn. Following aeration, we spread seed over the entire lawn, allowing seed to fall into the aerated spaces and vastly thicken grass.
  • Sod installation: Is the quickest way to a full healthy lawn. Installation of already grown, cut grass is installed on the property if conditions are favorable.
